Jessie Donaghy is the co-owner and director of Burlesquercise, and has been dancing since she was eight years old. With a competitive background in Latin and Ballroom dance and early mentorship under Burlesquercise founder Miss Di, Jessie blends technical precision with playful confidence. Her classes are designed to help you feel strong, expressive, and unapologetically yourself whether you’re taking your first class or returning to dance after years away.

Known for her warm personality, quick wit, and contagious enthusiasm, Jessie creates a welcoming space where women of all ages and experience levels can build confidence and connect with the community. She leads with heart, creativity, and a deep belief that movement should feel empowering, inclusive, and fun.

When she’s not teaching, choreographing, or performing, Jessie can be found traveling, spending time with friends & family, or enjoying the company of her fur babies. With a diverse background in business and management, she also works at a mortgage brokerage, serves as General Manager of The Cuff N’ Billy, and co-owns J&J Painting with her husband.
