What to expect
Get ready to move your body, boost your confidence and actually enjoy your workout. Most classes are 1.5 hours long and include a warm-up. All exercises can be modified to suit your fitness level - we welcome all bodies to join our classes within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Most classes require specific props. This will be outlined when you register for a class and available to purchase online.

Burlesque 1.0
Absolute Beginner
Burlesque 2.0
Advanced Beginner
Perfect for beginners with little to no dance experience. Build confidence, learn the basics, and get comfortable with movement and performance. Most people take this level more than once - and that’s encouraged.
For dancers ready to move beyond the basics. Develop skills like turns, footwork, timing, and musicality while exploring new styles.
Build confidence, coordination, and stage presence.
Burlesque 3.0
Beginner-Intermediate
For dancers with a strong foundation who want a challenge without the pressure. Focus on extensive choreography while refining technique, performance, and confidence.
Optional performance opportunities may be available.
Burlesque 4.0
Intermediate
For experienced dancers of 3-5 years who are ready to level up. Expect more complex choreography, advanced skills, diverse styles, and get ready to expand your stage presence.

Burlesque 5.0
Intermediate +
For advanced dancers of 5+ years ready for anything. High-level choreography, challenging transitions, floor work, a variety of props, dynamic styles, and full creative expression.

Performance Troup
Advanced
For passionate performers who want to take the stage. Represent Burlesquercise at a variety of high-profile events, galas, and festivals. Dancers must be enrolled in a Skills & Drills class and demonstrate strong technique, stage presence, and a commitment to growth.

Find your perfect class
Build confidence, strength, and classic burlesque technique with no stage required. In this non-performance class you’ll learn choreography, foundational movement, musicality, and the art of tease. Classes may use props like fans, boas, chairs, and canes.
Open to all levels. Perfect for moving, expressing yourself, and having fun.
Ready to level up? This class focuses on technique, strength, and performance skills, without learning choreography.
Improve control, versatility, and stage presence in a focused, supportive environment.
Required for those interested in joining the Performance Troupe.
Train, transform, and take the stage in front of an audience.
These 8-11 week courses guide you through a themed routine, rehearsed weekly and performed live at the end.
