Visit the website and create a profile to register and reserve your spot. Some classes may fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended.
It’s both! You’ll get a full workout while learning choreography and performance skills so you’re building strength, coordination, and confidence all at once. We also offer a class called Just Dance which is more fitness focused - think of it as a workout that feels like a dance party.

Our goal is to create a supportive, no-judgment environment. You’ll leave class feeling energized and probably smiling!
Wear something you feel comfortable and confident in:
• Workout clothes like leggings or shorts, a tank or t-shirt. or something a little more glam if you like!
• Indoor runners, dance shoes, or heels depending on class
Bring a water bottle and a towel, along with your energy and smile!

No. Performance opportunities may be available, but they are always optional. Many people join just for fun, fitness, and community.
