Skills & Drills is a technique-focused class designed to help dancers at any level strengthen their foundation. This class concentrates on clean footwork, controlled spins, body movement, performance quality, and improving overall retention and understanding of choreography.

It’s structured, detail-oriented training that builds stronger, more confident dancers. Content changesweekly to keep skills sharp and well-rounded.

POP-UP CLASSES

Pop-Up Classes are 2-hour burlesque-style specialty classes designed to give you a complete experience in one session. Each class features brand new choreography and music, so no two are ever the same. You’ll learn a mini routine from start to finish and leave with something polished and performance-ready to take home with you.

JUST DANCE CLASSES

Just Dance is a high-intensity, cardio-based fitness class built around repetitive footwork and dynamic routines. Set to fun, upbeat music, this class keeps you moving from start to finish in a casual, energetic atmosphere. It’s designed to elevate your heart rate, improve stamina, and build coordination — all while feeling more like a dance party than a workout.
