MTV Cabaret Canes on Saturdays

Offering new choreography and featuring different musical female artists weekly, this class provided fun and exciting challenges to our babes, all while mastering Mr. Big Stick!
The class description was: 'Each week will be dedicated to a different musical icon with new choreography. Get hot with Mr. Big Stick!'
And each week WAS a blast!!! The ladies honed in on their short term memory skills and learned how to perform....on command!
This format was well received, be on the look out for MTV Burlesquercise classes in the future and join the sexy fun.

Fan Fundamentals was Fabulous

Not one, but two fans!
This group loved fanning themselves to the Tango song from Scent of a Woman. So much that we've added a fan class specially for the gala performance.

What a way to end our 6-week intro class...
If you had any doubt about joining, had to bring your friend along, or were nervous about taking one of our classes - fear no more! Burlesquercise is here to help you along the way through our series of classes, and intro is the way to go.
It's certainly a great way to learn beginner dance movements, basic zoning and a 'Nasty' routine.

But the benefits continue... What a way to start the new year! Thanks to Miss Kim, all our babes were on their way to reaching new results and getting closer to all those new year's resolutions.

Bootcamp with Kim means business, and with Show Business, you're sure to feel energized and look hot!
This class was jam packed and included...Dance technique, drills & core conditioning. Miss Kim kept the babes busy with working on their spinning, body rhythm, latin hip action, kicks, floor work along with general jazz technique and principles.
A sold out class was an amazing way to start the year. Tell your girlfriends how much fun you had, and spread the sexiness in Calgary!

Saturday October 8, 2011 was another series of workshops for the second edition of Sexify your Saturday this year. Highly attended and very hot, the Calgary ladies enjoyed classes with Diva Di, Rufino, Miss Leslie, Miss Annick and So You Think You Can Canada's Miss Julia!

Continuing to challenge themselves, the ladies learned that the floor can be another fun prop in addition to a chair and a boa!
They were busy babes on Wednesdays...
What happens when you mix 'I am a Lady' by: Her Majesty's Sound, hot ladies, feather boas, chairs and floorplay?

We had fun down there, on the floor.

Once again an excellent group of ladies bonded and loved their Burlesquercise Wednesdays!

Everyone agreed, that Wednesdays is a great mid point in the week to have a burlesque class.
We had some serious attitude with this group while learning Nasty Naughty Boy.
